Thirteen years building the systems businesses actually run on — ERP platforms, e-commerce storefronts and internal tooling. Now designing and shipping them with AI and agentic workflows in the loop.
Over thirteen years I've moved from writing PHP for a computer education institute in Karachi to managing IT for a UAE group and engineering its internal ERP — task management, project tracking, expense control and invoicing across multi-technology projects.
Most of my work sits where commerce meets operations: Shopify storefronts for regional brands, Laravel back-offices handling sales, purchasing, HR and CRM, and the integrations that keep the two in sync. I've led small teams, owned full delivery lifecycles, and taught the stack to other developers.
Now I bring AI into that same practice — using LLMs and agentic workflows to design systems, scaffold applications and automate the operational work that used to eat entire sprints. Available for full-time or part-time roles.
The same delivery discipline I've applied to ERP and e-commerce for thirteen years, now extended with LLMs and multi-step agents — used where they measurably shorten a build or remove manual work, and kept out of places where a wrong answer costs money.
Multi-step agents that read from live systems — ERP tables, order feeds, ticket queues — then draft, reconcile, alert and escalate. Tool calling with human checkpoints wherever a wrong answer costs money.
Specification to working scaffold in hours: data models, API surface, admin screens and tests generated, then reviewed and hardened by hand. Faster first drafts, same engineering standards.
Component libraries and interface systems built and documented with AI in the loop — consistent tokens, states and layouts across a product instead of one-off screens.
AI features added to the platforms already in production — Laravel back-offices, WordPress sites, Shopify stores: search, summarisation, document extraction, support automation.
Task management, project tracking, expense control, invoicing, inventory, purchase, POS, HR and CRM modules — designed around how the business actually operates.
Shopify themes and custom Liquid, WooCommerce builds, payment and shipping integrations, and the back-office glue that keeps stock and orders honest.
Laravel applications, WordPress builds and headless front-ends in React or Gatsby, from architecture through deployment.
LLM-backed features and agent workflows that remove repetitive operational work, with clear boundaries and review steps.
Owning technology for a growing company: vendors, infrastructure, internal tooling, security hygiene and the roadmap that ties them together.
Running small development teams through full delivery lifecycles, and training developers — previously as faculty teaching PHP, WordPress and front-end stacks.
